I Dansk Industris nye katalog med anbefalinger til politikerne, hæfter vi os ved at man på bioenergi området anbefaler følgende:

DI anbefaler, at regeringen fra 2025 fritager al ledningsført biogas for CO2-afgift i tråd med ambitionen i aftalen om grøn skattereform. Afgiftsfritagelsen indtænkes i kommende biogasudbud, så risikoen for overkompensation elimineres.

DI anbefaler, at der i alle fremtidige biogasudbud bliver udstedt oprindelsesgarantier, som bliver sat på markedet - enten via biogasproducenterne eller via staten.

DI anbefaler, at fremtidige støtteordninger til biogas indrettes, så oprindelsesgarantier på biogas, der er produceret med dansk statsstøtte, kommer til at understøtte danske virksomheders grønne omstilling og konkurrenceevne frem for at blive eksporteret til udlandet.
