Lokale landmænd kæmper for at bevare ejerskabet

Allerede tilbage i oktober var Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners klar til at købe Maabjerg Energy´s Biogasanlæg.
Men leverandørerne til anlægget, de lokale landmænd vil det anderledes.
Vedtægterne muliggør nemlig, at de øvrige aktionærer har forkøbsret.
Jørgen L. Tørnæs som er formand for Leverandørforeningen fortæller, at der er opbakning blandt leverandørerne til, at benytte den mulighed.
- Det er jo landmændene som sidder på hovedråvarerne til biogasproduktionen, hvorfor det er naturligt, at man overtager ejerskabet.
- Vi ser det som vigtigt, at landbruget sidder på ejerskabet af den biogene CO2 i fremtiden og dermed holder ejerskabet på lokale hænder.
Den lokale leverandørforening tæller hele 80 medlemmer, som sammen står stærkt i konkurrencen om ejerskabet og håbet er at man efter nøje analyse af muligheder, kan få handlen i hus.
